Become the membership can get the latest information of the discount or other new launches. Firstly, when you check the product on the website, the record from last time will show out immediately; therefore, the booking procedure become easier and you don’t have to search again.
Should I become a membership before ordering?
 
When the member log in to the website, he/she can order directly. If you are not a membership of Ya-Yan, please join first then you can order on the website anytime.
How to modify the personal profile and password?
 
Please log in with your own email account and original password, and then find the “order status” which is in the upper right side, and then you will see the page of “personal profile and password reset.”
How to do if I forget the password?
 
On the page of membership log in, you will find the button of” forget your password?” Please enter your original email address, and we will send you the email which you can find the link of password reset.

The website is really safe and convenient, after becoming our membership, you can start to order. First order procedure: Choose the product- put into the cart- choose the payment and the shipping- fill in the information- finish order Already are Ya- Yan’s membership? Choose the product- put into the cart- choose the payment and the shipping- enter your own account and password- finish order ※Noted: After your first purchasing, our system will add you to our membership automatically in order for you to enjoy the shopping time with us. ※Reminds: Before you complete the full payment, we can’t keep the product for you. Our inventory will distribute through the checkout sequence.

Shipping
 
1. After we receive the payment, we will in the process of your order immediately, and we assure to you that the product will arrived to you within 7 days by post office.(Weekend and the holiday is not concluded.)
2. The shipping limitation is only in Taiwan main island (post office box is not concluded); however, customer who live in offshore islands cannot pick-up in convenient store. (Resident in offshore islands can do the shipping by post office; however, system is not possible to modify the shipping; therefore, after ordering, please contact customer service to change the shipping way.)
3. If Ya- Yan Co., Ltd cannot accept your order, we will inform you within 5days after we receive your order.
4. Designated shipping time is not possible.
The shipping fee
Every shipping fees will be 70 $NTD. If the order amount is over 500$NTD, the shipping will be free.
After I do the full payment, when will I get the product?

※Reminded: Post office will not transport the goods on the weekend and other national holidays.
※The arrival time only will be changeable under the bad weather or the delivery difficulty.
※ Depends on the weather, delay of the plane or ship, the arrival time in offshore islands will be uncertainty.
※Transport is not available in:
290 (Diaoyu Islands), 817(Pratas Island), 819(Spratly Islands), 952(Lanyu Township), 896(Wuqiu Township), 882(Wang'an Township) and 883(Qimei Township).
Which shipping company will transport the goods? How long will it take to get the product?

Did I make the order successfully?
 
Customers would like to know your order status, please check in the website of “ORDER STATUS”. If you already made the order successfully, you will see the record in your order list.
Is phone, fax and remittance order provided from Ya- Yan?
 
Currently, we only provide the online order. Phone, fax and remittance order is not available now.
The shipping status
 
Please check your shipping status by:
1. Please log in with your own email and password; go to “MY ORDER” to check the order status.
2. Please browse the official website of post office; go to the tracking page; enter the tracking number in order to check the shipping status.
Is it possible to deliver the goods to my own post office box?
 
Currently, we are not available to deliver the goods to post office box.

Customers would like to modify the order: Please cancel the order and make the new order. If there is any unsuitable, please make the free return within 7 days.
If the product which I would like to order is out of stock, when can I purchase it?
 
You will find the button in the cart “Please give me the arrival notice.” Please press the button and fill in your email, after the goods arrive, the system will depend on the registration order and send E-mail notifications to you.
Returns and Refund Policy
 
1. After you receive the product, if you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please log in to your own account and apply for exchanging within 7 days. We will help you to make the exchange as soon as possible.
2. Customers have right to do the free return within 7 days (The weekend is concluded); in these 7 days you can make the comparison and other references. Return and exchange must have original tags and packaging; and has not been installed, used, or modified (i.e. your item must be in the same condition that you received it). Ya- Yan Co., Ltd has a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
3. Below the situation may affect your right to do the return: A. Without affecting your inspection of the goods, if you damage the packaging of the goods, remove the seals, remove the tags, remove the stickers, or remove the labels, you will not do the free return.
B. Before you receive the goods, you already had the opportunity to check the goods; therefore, other overstep checks will be attributed to your cause, which resulting in damage, loss or alteration of the goods.
4. When you do the return, please attach the invoice and other free samples.
5. Please pack the returned goods with the original box. If the original box has been lost, please use another one to wrap the goods and the outer packaging. Do not stick stickers or write letters directly on the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, it cannot be returned and the damage will be deducted from the refund.
6. After the return application, please ask the receipt from the transport company and keep it until the return process completed.
The free return within 7 days
 
According to the Consumers Protection Act, customers have right to do the free return within 7 days which will be effective automatically from the next day that you receive the product until the 7th days. Noted: If your package was received by the entrance guard, the effective date will start from the second day. Please pay the attention on the transport message.
